Esther Kwak (she/her)
Westside Program Manager
Esther is a music educator who has served the Oregon public schools for the last five years, from hosting clarinet bootcamps and masterclasses, designing and implementing a "Music in SPED" program for students with special needs, and managing a Band and Music program independently. She has worked with students of all ages, from the age of six to senior citizens, with most experience working with elementary and middle schoolers.
Joshua Phillips (he/him)
Eastside Program Manager
Josh comes from an education background, balancing a clear view of the needs facing students with a desire to think outside the box in order to foster creativity and self-worth. He is excited to solve problems, forge connections, and deliver impactful programming as In4All’s new Program Manager. Outside of work, Josh loves exploring wild places, reading sci-fi, and playing in a funk band.
Csilla Toth (she/her)
Operations Director
In4All is excited to welcome our first Process and Operations Manager! Csilla has worked in many different capacities throughout her career. She started as a lawyer working for a local municipality in Serbia. After moving to the US, she held positions in customer service, office management, and as a director of customer experience. Now she is taking on the challenges of being a Process and Operations Manager at a non-profit organization!
